There is no communication you call office and leave message. They are never returned. I had a meeting with their office manager and she told me she would speak to Dr Perez wife and she would calling by Wed. 2 months ago thank God and didn't have to hold my breath. I needed a referral to a pulmonary dr. It took me 5 weeks. And they had just saw my mother. They keep wanting to make money for themselves and not refer to a dr who can give the appropriate physician to treat her copd.
