In my experience, the communication as an ex-employee was horrible and some of the staff were just plain rude especially ones that were transmitting patients to different floors. I get that its a stressful environment, but that is not excuse for employees to be incredibly nasty and rude.

Dr. Ryan did hip surgery on my 95 year old grandmother after she had suffered a fall. He was thorough, caring and patient with her, despite a language barrie. Amazingly, she was up on her feet 12 hours later. Highly recommend this provider.

Last night my 94-year-old mother-in-law was brought into Chilton Hospital, in severe pain. She fell and broke her hip which was not known at the time. The ER was extremely busy, and my mother-in-law was not seen for hours and in all that time she was in severe pain. Something needs to be done, add doctors, medical assistants, para medics people that can work under the supervision of doctors to help reduce the flow and the stress. I can't imagine the stress of a doctor handling that number of patients, with the patients being... read more

My doctors were excellent. Operating Room for cardiology was very uncomfortable, wires everywhere. My wife was told she would see me after surgery but they told her after the surgery she would have to wait until the next day. They called her one hour after she left and said she could see me in a half hour. Total lack of communication on their part. They removed IV needle from my arm, was very painful at site, blood ran all over my arm, gown and bed. The last nurse to see me was the one that removed it, she wrapped gauze ... read more

Went in after a traumatic extreme massage to my head and neck caused vertigo and spasms and wast treated with complete gentleness, understanding, dignity and care.  They gently talked to me about my fears about reactions the drugs they wanted me to take or testing, they respected my choices and my fears, but after the brilliant PA clearly explained the process and effects I took it and am glad I did. I felt HEARD and respected by him and everyone there. Thank you so so so much to all of you!

I called to confirm that my insurance was accepted after it was listed as an in network provider on my insurance’s provider directory. I spoke to someone named Dawn at the Urgent Care. Dawn was quick to say that my insurance was not accepted without asking for any specific member information. The only thing she asked for was the name of the insurance provider, which she was clearly unfamiliar with. She did not ask for the Provider Service phone number for my insurance to attempt to call and confirm nor did she ask for my po... read more

I called for an mri on Aug 7 and they scheduled me for Aug 21. When the schedule person asked about bloodwork I said my most recent was done and the person said they could get the results. Two more people called me (total of 3 now) during the 2 or more weeks, again saying they would get the results. The day of the scan the hospital called and said it was cancelled because the lab was too old (by 6 days). They waited until the day of the MRI to get my results... Now I have to wait till I get my doctor to reorder then reschedu... read more

I have had bad test results for 2 years in a row THS and blood sugar and this Dr. never called me and was completely dismissive when I asked questions. I decided to change Dr.s and good thing I did because I have thyroid cancer and have had for 3 years. I now may die because this man completely missed the ball on this. DO not go there if you value your life.
