I have the 22" luggage and within 4 uses the zipper started to become detached. Literally was not sewn on properly obviously. But at 2 years I reached out to the warranty division and was told the parts are not available, and basically it was "normal wear and tear" anyway so it wouldn't be covered under the warranty. VERY low quality. Very overpriced for the quality provided. Stay away.
