This luggage deserves 0 zero stars
I have the 22" luggage and within 4 uses the zipper started to become detached. Literally was not sewn on properly obviously. But at 2 years I reached out to the warranty division and was told the parts are not available, and basically it was "normal wear and tear" anyway so it wouldn't be covered under the warranty. VERY low quality. Very overpriced for the quality provided. Stay away.
I had a great experience with Ricardo Beverly Hills. The quality of their products really stands out, and I appreciate the attention to detail and thoughtful design. Their luggage is durable, stylish, and practical, making traveling much easier and more enjoyable.
I had a great experience with Ricardo Beverly Hills. Their luggage is stylish, durable, and lightweight, making travel much easier. The quality exceeded my expectations, and the suitcase handled multiple trips without any issues. The customer service was also friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend Ricardo Beverly Hills to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality luggage at a great price.
I want to specifically highlight, recognize, and give appreciation to Pat Berg for being a wonderful representation of Ricardo. I will continue to promote your brand of travel bags with my clients. I would like upper management to understand that Pat Berg's professionalism has earned the company thousands of dollars in after tax profits in the future. Thank you
