Colonoscopy last month (May). I had an excellent experience. My initial visit was scheduled promptly (see below). Dr. Badillo was informative and caring, and spent time to ensure I had all my questions answered. After the procedure, as I was in recovery, he came by and made sure to mention the medical concern I had discussed with him during our initial visit, and then he relayed the findings of the procedure. I agree they are Absolute joke, These people literally do not care about you, they never ever answer the phone. When you show up after days of calling you are treated with such disrespect and are looked at like you are bothering them. They will cancel and reschedule your visit without notice. Do not waste your time with this clinic. You can be facing serious problems and they do not care about your health little less about wasting your time.
sought care at this practice for serious concerns about my liver health and left feeling dismissed and disrespected. During my visitswith Dr. Bustamante, appointments were rushed and I was not given adequate time to ask questions. After reviewing my ultrasound, I was told I had fatty liver.
