I've been seeing Dr.Aviles and his friendly team for several years. I don't have any complaints whatsoever. His staff has always been wonderful no matter how many questions I have asked. The same goes for Dr. Aviles. He never cut me short on my questions. He always explains to me as to what I need to do or makes suggestions as to what I need to get done. No pressure whatsoever! First time at this facility and seeing Dr. Aviles. My wait time was over 2 hours past my scheduled appointment. When I did see the doctor, I felt rushed. The doctor never smiled once during our visit, rather looked at his notes. When I asked him about my new glasses prescription, he said we should have looked at that first...which I had told his staff I had them with me, but then he discounted it. Dr. Aviles did cataract surgeries on my eyes with excellent results. Every staff member was kind and compassionate, making me feel at ease. Highly recommend.

Desk staff was professional. Technician was AWESOME, as she does the lens sizing, type and ordering. Nursing staff was great, along with the anesthesiologist. No pain. Surgeon, Dr. Aviles, was AWESOME, thank God. This paranoid hypochondriac was very pleased with my experience there.....and just a few miles from home. Incredible.

6 appts and still doing tests...finally went to another doctor who diagnosed and treated situation in one visit. Other people in our park say the same thing...wait wait wait and many visits of tests prior to treatment.
