He is judgemental and dismissive with no personality or sense of humor. No attempt to know anything about the patient other than his clinical checklist, which makes it feel like you're talking to a wall.
My experience with Dr. Herrera was disappointing and unprofessional. From the start, he approached the visit with negative assumptions that had no basis in fact. He was microaggressive and dismissive, seemingly because I had switched providers. He also assumed I had an issue with his colleague, which I never stated or implied. Dr. Ricardo Herrera is very patient, always responsive to messages, and answers all questions I have. I would recommend him to anyone. He is very nice and professional!
I was scheduled for the first time today 02/19/2025 for a virtual visit with Dr. Ricardo Herrera at 1.00 pm. As professional courtesy I logged in five minutes prior to the appointment. However, I waited until 1.15 pm and he was a no show no call! Please doctor, be considerate of the patient time! Doctor, professionalism and courtesy should always be implemented! I do understand sometimes you will be running late. Nonetheless, you could’ve had one of your staff call or send a message!
