I hate this place, first they tell you that your doing great no problem then when you get a write up it becomes 3. So then you have a 90 day period where you can't get wrote up for anything or get fired. Well what happened to me was I was talking to my manager everyday for 30 minutes every day and asked about my rate in pick and she said no problems your doing great.
