Recently went to the car wash about 2 days ago. While I went through, my license plate holder was snatched off. Even the guy that sent me through the car wash stated he heard something snap. When I checked my car my license plate holder was we snapped in half. David filled out an incident report for me and told me that upper management handles the final decision. I'm constantly impressed with how clean my car looks! The service is prompt, and the attention to detail is exceptional.
Good car wash! This location almost always has an open vacuum and the lines aren't too bad except after a big snowstorm which is nice. This wash sometimes misses parts of the car (especially wheel wells) As with any car wash, there is a risk of scratches so be sure to take a video of your car before and after the wash! You might think you look silly but it'll save you the headache if your car has scratches and the owner tries to get out of paying for repairs!
