This was the most interesting gallery I visited in the Hamptons this summer. Chris Maynard’s @feathfolio intricately carved feathers, Shane McAdams’ @mcadamsshane1 surreal landscapes, and Christopher P. Stevens’ double exposure cityscape paintings were the standouts.

Several years ago I purchased artwork from the Ric Michelle Art Gallery in Tribeca .Uncertain about what we wanted,Ric's patience and insight helped us to refine our tastes. We have homes in Short Hills and in Long Beach Island. Both of our homes have art we have bought from Ric Michel Fine Art. We have relied on Ric’s knowledge of specific artists (a favorite piece Ric found for us was by Barry Oretsky, of Canada), and we’ve appreciated his willingness to come to our homes and help us display the art in ways that enrich our homes. My wife and i visited the Southampton location of this TriBeCa based gallery and were really impressed with the quality and diversity of the collection. The owner, Ric Michel is extremely knowledgeable about the Art Market and made us feel very comfortable. On our second visit we acquired two pieces by two very different artists for our home out East. Dealing with Ric was a very enjoyable experience...we will be back!
