This is an insurance agency that goes above and beyond to take care of your insurance needs. It’s a family run business Ric Ellis, his wife Krista, and their daughter ASHLEY are unbelievably experienced knowledgeable and they care. I could not recommend this agency enough. I am 76 years old and I have dealt with many many insurance agencies throughout my life, and this one is superlative in every respect
So for those with short attention spans, The Cliff notes: "Ric and his family have always been available when I have ever had questions or concerns." More specifically, recently, a State Farm appraiser from corporate offered a painfully low amount of compensation for my sons 'total loss' (not at fault) vehicle. I went to Ric's office the next day...Ric talked me 'off the cliff' and began doing legwork for me, dealing with the 'appraiser' directly and subsequently getting a fair settlement. This team is always so responsive and helpful. Emails are returned same day, responses within minutes at times. Ashley was so helpful in answering questions and getting another car added to my plan. Ric helped me get the most out of my plan when he found a free benefit I was missing. I've been with them over decade and would recommend this team to others.
