We have been with State Farm for several years when Jane Macedo was the agent. We have never had a problem until Ric acquired her book when she retired. NOW, we have problems. Our coverages have been increased and Ric doesn't respond to several emails. During the Pandemic it is important to go through expenses to find savings. When I first signed up I needed the insurance right away to give to DMV. Rosa helped with everything going above and beyond excellence. I also needed help today and Eric helped right away and he was kind and very understanding. I feel safe and secure knowing State Farm really cares and very reasonable price. I recommend State Farm. They are awesome.
