I loved Ric. He was fantastic and considerate and very punctual especially in regards to my crazy work schedule. He made sure we were able to move forward with the house and got everything in order fast (or slow when the lawyer tended to post pone things) I highly recommend him especially for first time home buyers because he was incredibly helpful in helping me navigate all the new terminology that is in mortgages and what that means for me in the long run. :)
