R.I.C. was fantastic to work with. I was hoping to have my carpets cleaned sooner than the first available appointment, but went ahead and made the appointment for next week. LeeAnn notified me that they had a cancellation and could get me on the schedule almost a week ahead of my original appointment! Jeffrey arrived towards the beginning of the appointment window and got right to work. He was professional and diligent and made my carpets look amazing. We will definitely use R.I.C. again!
