I have been with Dr Ribnik for over 6 years. I am so sad that they no longer have an office space in Casper or Douglas. Traveling to Cheyenne is so difficult. The car ride is long. His staff in the office currently are wonderful. Years ago I would not say that but now they are kind and friendly. I see Vicki Richards at times and she is fantastic. Doctor Ribnik is extremely exceptional, he takes his time and cares deeply for his patients. His staff on the other hand are rude, they are careless and treat patients horribly. I've been a patient for 10+ years and they don't even try to learn your name. If you don't like people, don't work with the most vulnerable people out there.
I've been a patient of Dr. Ribnik for 18 years, having been referred to him after almost 4 years of unsuccessful treatment for chronic and debilitating pain from being rear-ended. I'd been to neurologists, physiatrists (aka physical medicine doctors), massage therapists, years of physical therapy, had acupuncture, and had even been to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester.
