Very slawful and dissapointing. Highest example of ineffective assistance of counsel. This guy Mitch literally has a trial date set for November14th and i bet my bottom dollar he either forgot as his record reflects or he just doesn't care. He has not followed up on any evidence, witnesses or the ME...what lawyer doesnt follow up with ME requests smh, this man should be fired. He puts other cases above others based on his relationship and his contacts his clients 1time. You might fight your case better then him if he doesn't... read more

Overall, very disappointed. If I could give Jerome Sabbota a zero, I would. Hired Mr. Sabbota because of positive review from a friend. Took the money up front right away, but was not firm on what could have been done. He literally waited until the last second to take the first plea deal possible. With no prior convictions, and with all of the things he had me gather such as college education, character reference letters, etc. he promised a lower end of guideline, the prosecutor offered much more above the higher end of guid... read more

Going to trial with a lawyer who considers your whole life-style a Crime in Progress is not a happy prospect.did not return calls did not take my case to trial . was the guy that worked for Oakland county as prosecuting attorney could be good or bad i think bad real bad . he will take your money and will not do anything you tell him (Mitch)
