If you are reading these reviews, you already know that Ribeye make amazing ribs! I wanted to share my customer service experience instead...when my Ribeye's gearbox was smashed on the water last week, a call to Ribeye to see if they could replace it and keep me in the water led to them offering me one off a boat in store as a loan and that they would have it ready within half an hour.
