Food was cold but tasted alright. Tried to get BBQ SAUCE on the table, when I squeezed it came all out under lid. The spout was dirty and clogged. Had to get another one. The manager in front of everyone, berated a worker continuously for 10 minutes. I was very angry about this. That manager should be fired immediately. I have always loved RibCrib food. My grandchildren and I went there a couple of nights ago and it was freezing in there. I went for a super spud, and they were out of spuds which was a downer, but I told the waitress that it was just totally freezing in there and she said she was hot. So I guess the customer isn't important there. It was so cold that we couldn't even be comfortable. my grandson happened to have a sweater on and he was so glad. I probably won't be going back anytime soon.
The people were SUPER NICE!!!! I love they way they kept on talking to us, checking on us. The food was glorious, different, but very tasty. 😋 The place was really clean too. 👌 If I could give it a 100, I would.
