If the owner is smart when he re-opens. He’ll fire management for letting that place get so disgusting and dirty. And letting it catch fire. And hiring kids with no respect. If there isn’t new management this place is still gunna suck.
I dont remember the manager name but I'm very pleased and happy with her. I started there when they first opened and meet my husband there 20 years ago. So me and family went in to eat during Texas spring break March 19th. We saw they had mason jars glasses that marked 20 years for them. I asked to buy one. The manager come over to table and give me the jar. My mom had told the hostess the whole story. I actually started crying. Absolutely fantastic meal from a food standpoint. The ribs were incredibly tender and delicious, practically falling off the bone with just the right amount of flavor. The brisket nachos were loaded and full of smoky, savory goodness—every bite was packed with flavor.
