This location is chaotic and does not appear to be following processes. We had to ask for basic items like straws, silverware, and napkins. We were given plasticware because there was no clean silverware. The food arrived at our table with room temperature meat. One of four meat plates only had three meats on it. The server kept blaming the kitchen. The food tasted decent, but the overall experience was poor enough that we will not return again.

Called in 80. Ordered take out and had to wait for spuds get to pickup and was informed we have no ribs ok would have been nice to have been told at time of order but get home with food and order was mess only 1 super spud had ordered two got side salad in place of spud looked like been under heat lamp for hrs and of course no ribs .hope this was just bad day because normal food and service has always been 4 star

The macaroni was quite dry, and I found a hair in it, so I didn't eat it! I had to ask for my okra to be filled to the rim becauseit only filled 2/3 of the container. The toast was barely toasted. The portions are small. I believe they microwaved my food because my box was outta shape and looked like it. You won't see me again!!
