I don't know what the previous reviewer was talking about, but it seems that they were a salesperson, not a customer. AS A CUSTOMER Ribbond provided great service! I am a new client of theirs, and they spent a great deal of time answering my questions, and supporting their clients. Dr. Rudo actually spent some time answering my questions. I would not recommend contacting this place of business. The owner "Jeremy" refused to the core to answer questions so I could have a future business with him. He had horrible customer service skills and lost HUGE business.
