I had such a wonderful experience at Ribalta! The truffle gnocchi was absolutely incredible — rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. It was definitely the highlight of the meal! Everyone at the restaurant was so kind and welcoming, which made the atmosphere really relaxed and enjoyable. I felt completely at ease and had a great time dining there. Highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious Italian food in New York!
Me and my family have been coming to Ribalta for a while now and the service is always great! Not to mention, the food is always delicious! One of my son’s favorite is the Gnocchi truffle and mine is the Pizza Comune, Cetara, and Calzone. Their steak is also wonderful! We always order Calamari which should not be missed as they melt in your mouth. Aperol spritz is a good aperitivo drink and followed with a nice Aglianico for me. They are very disorganized (we ordered drinks and they brought them to the table twice, they offered us dessert while we were still waiting for our food, it took about an hour for our food to be served). I ordered a carbonara pasta that was very fatty and had too much sauce on it…. Not a real carbonara. Dessert was pretty good.
Great quality pizza! We live good pizza and visit pizzerias from top50. Ribalta is definitely on the top of our ranking. We tried margarita and doc. Both pizzas were amazing. Perfect balance of tomato sauce and mozzarella. The dough was thin in the middle as it supposed to be. Not too liquidy and not too dry.
