Steer well clear of these home builders. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. At settlement, I discovered defects on my property and have been fighting ever since to get them resolved. They’re full of smiles when taking your money, but once you’ve signed, they couldn’t care less. So far so good. We purchased a pre-built RIBA home & we are very happy with it so far. The quality is great, staff incredibly helpful and kind.
Our story. 12 months ago signed up. 12 interest rate rises, new rules etc. Now if i company will keep your deposit no matter what then that tells of thier priorities. Admin fee would be fine. So would i recommend them? No. Feel free to contact me for more info.
massive delay in construction time, without giving any specific date. lots of issues post handove, specially with plumbing but then they blame you for any issues. maintenance team just does not respond even after been called 4-5 times. just poor service
