Alabama Jack has it down! Hes serving up oak-smoked pork and chicken. Ordered the pork ribs and the rub married well with the smokey flavor, which wasnt overwhelming but well-balanced. St. Louis ribs are smaller, but the meat fell of the bone with ease and had the perfect portion of dry and moist meat. They offer up two types of bbq sauce, a sweeter honey brown sugar and a spicier molasses and ketchep based. I prefer hotsauces and their spicey bbq sauce was a very nice compliment to their ribs.
