Me and my wife ordered delivery from here and the food was cold and took over an hour to arrive. From what the driver said, the employees couldn't bother to let the driver know that the order was ready and it was just sitting there getting cold. And apparently when the drivers try to ask for the wait time, the employees give them attitude as if theyre not allowed to ask. Please do better.
I can never rely on this place for my delivery orders. I waited over an hour for my food to arrive and everything was cold. And when I try to get the dasher to ask how long the wait time is, the employees give them a hard time or they never have an accurate answer. What's the point of having a contract with doordash if theyre just going to treat the drivers like crap for doing their job and then in return, I receive garbage quality food?? The customer service was good and the the atmosphere. Order to go so for the first we order a family meal and side ribs, bake potato. Very disappointing with the amount of fat on brisket and the potato salad tasted like water. The potato salad had NO seasoning like maybe they forgot. Turkey and sausage was good and moist. Didn't get a chance to eat the ribs yet but it looked meaty. Young man with curly hair and nice smile has great customer service I didn't get his name. This was the one next to crumble. Waited so long to receive the food. Several people requesting it to be boxed rather that delivered to the table they were seating. Bad management coverage..
Pretty decent, it's ribs but I was not as happy with the ribs as I was with the brisket and chicken.
