Not so good!!!! – We have eaten at this location different times & the food was good. Tonight we ate here & was very disappointed. I got the "crispy chicken salad" and the chicken was VERY SALTY. My husband got the 3 meat (turkey, brisket and pork) the smoked turkey was very salty, the brisket was very dry, & the pork was okay. The last time we ate at the Sand Springs location, we got pulled pork sandwiches. The meat was very dry and crispy (over cooked). We are marking Rib Crib off of our resturant list.
Disgusting Food, slow service – I don't know where this chain came from, but they should be ashamed to call themselves a BBQ restaurant. The pork was so dry I could not eat it, and actually spit it out. Chicken was overcooked, flavorless. Beef ribs were nothing but a stack of bones with sauce. Sides tasted and looked like they were straight out of a #10 can. Absolutly the worst food ever.
Mediocre Food / Horrible Service – The food is not bad, but not good either. The service on the other hand is absolutly awful. Not exactly sure how they are still open. Manager doesnt seem to care how bad the service is, so dont expect it to get better. If you have 2 hours to wait for lunch or dinner, and you want to have some under-average BBQ, then come to Rib Crib.
Over-priced, horrible quality, overall downer. – So....there aren't that many places to go for ribs in the area. I tried this place out probably 5 years ago and was disappointed. I thought they were just having a bad night since i read great reviews online. Nonetheless, tonight I thought I'd give it a second try. For $14, i bought a half slab of ribs, with two sides, mac salad and potato salad. I had one rib, which was grisslie, hardly any meat on the bone, and it was tough. Best Place in town – I love the staff here, very friendly and accommodating. Very clean place and food is to die for..
Not good – This is not re bbq. It is microwaved, trucked in. For real bbq, you need to go 40 miles west, to KC, or Kenny's local. Rib Crib is a chain, and it is not good. Go elsewhere.

Yearning for a good rib feast - This did the trick – I had a yearning for a Saturday night rib feast and headed to the Rib Crib. The half-slab of short ribs(mild sauce) tasted exactly how I hoped it would. I've been visiting the Rib Crib, off and on, for the better part of twenty five years and always enjoy this special treat.
