Unprofessional Clinic — Weeks Without Medication I had a very concerning experience with this clinic. They asked me to pay a deposit through Cash App, then missed my TeleMed appointment after I waited three hours. The next day, a nurse conducted the visit from her car and sent the wrong prescription, which left me without proper medication for weeks. Worst experience ever. I went by the office to get some answers....The office is empty — no furniture, looks like it’s been abandoned for years. They never answer the phone, and if they do, they won’t call you back. I have Vsee messages from Sept 15 and never heard back, and they read my messages. Thank God I found a new doctor who actually cares. Stay far away this place... Absolutely awful....they deserve negative stars....
Been with this Doctor for about two years, my appointments last all of about 5 minutes..when I see that charges on my insurance he is getting paid for more time. Now I can't get my prescriptions filled from last month, and yet they want me to confirm my upcoming appointment...
Had a tele health with Dr Rahman disappointed would be an understatement.. He very strong minded unwilling to listen to any opinion but his own opinion and treatment style. He had the audacity to call my Other Psychiatrist a nurse practitioner (wow) I will be filing a complaint with Humana and proceed with additional accountability. I feel he should of been more understanding listened more and tried to empathize and show some sort of understanding on my situation Shame on you Doctor..
UNPROFESSIONAL.... The line was sooo distorted on every call that I could hardly understand what was being said. KIDSSS screaming in the background as well. The intake forms cannot be filled in on any kind of system or app of theirs, they wanted me read forms but answer on a regular chat app so that someone else could fill in the forms, there where it sounded like party/daycare.
