This is a very nice trailer community. Been in my RV for a month and have had no problems what so ever. The price is fantastic. The people are friendly. Or they mind their own business. Quiet place tucked away secluded. And easy access to and from the community. Don't understand the negative reviews. Thanks guys!
Too many complaints to list
I have lived here for almost a year now. t has been nothing short of great. The people I have met here are nice. I have read the other reviews and i am sorry ya'll feel that way. Jeff and Ryan have been awesome for us, anytime we have had a problem they are quick to help. Yes our house needed a little work, but that just meant we got to add our own personal touch to it. Cobaltblue should thank his lucky stars that he DIDN"T get a return phone call. This place put the "trash" in trailer park. I lived at Riatta for less than a year (a year too long!) when things financially got really tough for me and my kids. I got behind on my rent (15 days!) and my water was shut off by Jeff, one of the "managers". In speaking with other residents, I found this was a common practice by him in order to bully residents who were behind. been trying to contact manager for nearly 4 weeks, never in office during office hours, never returns calls when you leave messages on answering machine, kinda hard to make inquiries when no one is ever around or will talk to you by way of returning calls...also, residents i did talk to say they never know when someone will be in office, they usually have to stick a note through the door slot....how can a place rent space to someone if they can never be reached...would like to manager's name so i can complain to BBB
