My husband and I lived at Riata for a year and moved out this past October. We had a wonderful experience living here. Everything is always super clean and the apartments are very cute and have good appliances. Management was great! Totally recommend!
Been here for 2+ years now, (07/23 - 12/25) Not worth the price Very cheap GE appliances in units that are old Maintenance staff sucks, expect to be without AC once a year every summer for a few days to a week. Also you will have to repeatedly submit tickets for the same issue sometimes even after is has been “resolved” Leasing staff/management is okay at best, they will try to pull a fast one on you if they can get away with it .. beware! Valet trash sucks not consistent sometimes won’t collect your trash for made up reason... read more
I lived in the apartment for almost 3 years. When you are a resident, everything is fine and you are treated well. But soon after I moved out in July, i've been ghosted and ignored completely. I've been asking the management office to return my deposit for over 1 month, and they completely ignored me and provided no responses at all (Leasing consultant: Keita Morris). Loved it until smoking invading any space is being allowed. I am currently smelling cigar smoke. This new attitude is ruining a very nice campus. Smokers are incredibly rude and don’t care whose airspace they invade with toxic fumes. The campus is small but why not at least have some buildings smoke free. I have been here over 2 years but am on my way out! Beware. A shame that a few people can ruin the experience for everyone. :(
