I have lived at Riata for about 2 years and I have not had one complaint! If I put in a maintenance request it’s done day off or following day! Leasing office staff is super nice and helpful! Landscaping is always kept clean. Residents are respectful and quiet. I live on the first floor and have never heard commotion or stomping in hallways. Prospective apartment resident searching for apartments at the time amazon truck was blocking the only visitor spot so I parked in the closest spot to the office. Leasing staff said I should be fine that they were doing work on the pavement or something. Parked in c6 someone put a really nasty letter on my car using profanity and I was lucky I didnt have my car towed.
