I lived in the apartment for almost 3 years. When you are a resident, everything is fine and you are treated well. But soon after I moved out in July, i've been ghosted and ignored completely. I've been asking the management office to return my deposit for over 1 month, and they completely ignored me and provided no responses at all (Leasing consultant: Keita Morris). Loved it until smoking invading any space is being allowed. I am currently smelling cigar smoke. This new attitude is ruining a very nice campus. Smokers are incredibly rude and don’t care whose airspace they invade with toxic fumes. The campus is small but why not at least have some buildings smoke free. I have been here over 2 years but am on my way out! Beware. A shame that a few people can ruin the experience for everyone. :(
The management at Riata is very easy to work with and is organized in a way that makes doing work for them very straightforward, zaiha c. And Abigail are extremely helpful and friendly to work with.
As a rule, "luxury" apartments in Arizona are designed badly, built cheaply, and managed ineptly. Riata is typical of "luxury" apartments in Arizona. Expect the following if you move into Riata: - vermin infestations (no matter how much you clean); - noise problems (thanks to minimally insulated walls); - broken perimeter gates (at a time when crime rates are surging); - mandatory amenity fees that come with extremely inconsistent service (valet trash, I'm looking at you); - written service requests that go unfulfilled; - en... read more
