Prospective apartment resident searching for apartments at the time amazon truck was blocking the only visitor spot so I parked in the closest spot to the office. Leasing staff said I should be fine that they were doing work on the pavement or something. Parked in c6 someone put a really nasty letter on my car using profanity and I was lucky I didnt have my car towed. I’ve lived at Riata for two years & I have zero complaints! I’ve put in a service request & it’s solved within 24 hours every time. Clean complex, well maintained trees & plants, pool is always clear & blue, gym is also always equipped with weights & yoga mats, I’m shocked how on top of everything they are. Such a beautiful place & the front office is always helpful & professional! Riata is truly a great place to call home.
I’ve continued to renew my lease here year after year, and a big reason why is the staff. From the leasing office to the maintenance team, everyone is consistently kind, helpful, professional, and genuinely accommodating. The property itself is always well maintained. The landscaping, amenities, and building hallways are kept clean and in great condition, which makes a noticeable difference day to day.
