This park is a good area to live but the management people need to understand we live in the 2020 year we can’t live with a internet service from year 2000 (18megabytes) super slow the maximum speed now is (1gb), how is it possible the park doesn’t allow another companies like (frontier or spectrum) go inside the park, just because the owner doesn’t want to pay for the cable installation under the floor..we need to talk with HUD and the residents make complaints to request better internet company services because we pay a sp... read more
They have by far the worst customer service I’ve ever ever dealt with.

Been living here for about some time(10 year) Rialto Mobile villa , Management changes quite often, every manger have a different view on things so more rules have been enforced.Its getting really hard to live in this small mobile villa
