Had a window broken before I was due to have window marketing done. They were friendly, on time, and helpful.
Called to get an estimate for windows. They came 4/14 to take mesurments and was told they would email the estimate. I called 4/18 and was told they would call me, but didn't. Called the 19th &20the and spoke with Yesenia and was told they would email the estimate and haven't received anything yet. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I was looking for a glass for my dining room table. I called them to set something up. They were suppose to call before they arrive. They didn't call and came to my house when no one was home. I called the next day to set something up again they didn't show up till the next day. They measured my table and told me they would call me to give me a quote, they NEVER called me back. I took my business elsewhere. Bad customer service and I strongly do not recommend.
