Called and asked to schedule an onsite quote. Didn’t hear back for a few days. Called back a few days later and received an excuse as to why I didn’t get a call back. Let it go and scheduled a meeting based on previous positive reviews. Received a call 30 minutes prior to scheduled time indicating they needed to reschedule because the Dodger game was going to be on and he didn’t want to miss it. Oscar is amazing Very helpful, has a huge selection available. Goes above and beyond to help. No B.S and after visiting 4 other stores, we bought everything we needed here. Will definitely be buying all our home remodeling projects and supplies from here. Small business and excellent quality and very affordable prices, it doesn't get better than here!
They didn't have the flooring I was looking for, but they still spent an hour trying to help me find them and giving me advice on the dos & donts of putting in new floors. Super nice, crazy helpful, good people.
