New management over charges ! Now they have a new utility company, and they are charging residents 90% of the utilities, not a fair percent breakdown in anyway! Now ur paying double for water, since u pay for laundry! And now they are double charging for trash! U pay on the utilities, now they are charging $25 extra for trash to be picked up from your porch! Hello Everyone my name is Mr. Travis and I just want to say that Giselle made my move-in experience at Aspire Apartments absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and helpful, explaining everything I needed to know. It was clear she really cared about making the process as smooth as possible. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Giselle deserves a bonus for her hard work and dedication.
I tried to move here and the communication is horrible I called several times and left voicemails and she never called me back I’m actually glad I didn’t end up moving here.
New management! Sucks! You can't reach anyone by phone, at any of the complexes, no one is enforcing parking permits, it's a non smoking complex, but ppl still smoke, and don't care about the policy, and last try to get a copy of the utilities bill! , we are being over charged and the company refuses to give a copy of the bill ! Yes the complex is clean , but that's the only positive here! 4 stars is a bold face lie
I’m trying to be very mindful and as considerate as possible writing this review. I’ll start off by saying that I’ve lived here for almost 9 years and up until last year when the new owners took over it was actually a pretty easy place to live. There was great communication from the previous owners and management. I will say the maintenance guy, Juan, is kind and great at fixing up these apartments as best as he can.
