By far the worst supplier I have dealt with. We ordered some Runtal radiators, the shop drawings looked like they were from the 70s. After much back and forth I sent a drawing laying out the rough in. This was approved by the salesman. The heaters dimensions were way off. Not only did we have to open up tile walls, every measurement given was of. They demanded immediate payment. I could not set up account. I could not pay Visa. Do not use these guys. Extremely poor costumer service. Their sales reps take your money and then do not reply to emails, phone calls, texts etc…. I don’t recommend these guys for your heating needs. Very dissapointed with Riada sales. Will be taking my business else where for future projects.
