A little late on a review but Dr. Ria Andrade is a gem of a doctor. When I first began seeing her I had a plethora of health issues that no one seemed to have any idea about. Every doctor I went to dismissed me because I am “young” & a female so it was automatically anxiety. Excellent service especially for young adults who have disabilities. So far so good. It’s only been a year and we really like Dr. Andrade.
It took me three months and 18 days to get an appointment here with Aetna HMO. I had a serious medical emergency at the beginning of February and they didn’t give a shit about it and deflected me to urgent care. The feel of front office coldness and ineptitude shines brightly here and they are annoyed to do anything extra. In the middle of the 3-1/2 months waiting I had two urgent care visits and two out-of-pocket ENT visits $2,000 that included a surgical procedure.
