Excellent service especially for young adults who have disabilities. So far so good. It’s only been a year and we really like Dr. Andrade.
It took me three months and 18 days to get an appointment here with Aetna HMO. I had a serious medical emergency at the beginning of February and they didn’t give a shit about it and deflected me to urgent care. The feel of front office coldness and ineptitude shines brightly here and they are annoyed to do anything extra. In the middle of the 3-1/2 months waiting I had two urgent care visits and two out-of-pocket ENT visits $2,000 that included a surgical procedure. Dr. Ria Andrade is great! The front desk is a different story. Getting ahold of them on the phone or even in person requires a long wait. They don't explain anything and made me fill out the same forms multiple times and check in 2 different ways. They're not rude, but they're not very helpful so it's frustrating to deal with them. Update - I've had blood work and other tests done with them. For some reason, the front desk called me 3 separate times to inform me that my results were normal. 3 for each test across 1 day.
