She has been my doctor for many years now. She’s caring, good to talk to and straight to the point, which I love. Love also the new location.
Just booked a new patient appointment and I asked the receptionist to spell the street name because I couldn't understand. He said "mmhmm" then hung up on me. After being placed on hold for nearly 10 minutes, that's just really poor customer service.
