‏Unfortunately, my experience with Ria Money Transfer customer service was very poor. ‏I contacted them multiple times regarding an issue, but the staff were uncooperative and made no real effort to resolve the problem. ‏Each time, the call ended with them hanging up without providing a solution or proper explanation. ‏This is unprofessional behavior for a financial service company. I hope they improve their customer service and staff training.

This was the worst experience I've had in the US. I hadn't used Ria since 2018, and I tried to return in 2025. The service I received was a blockage, and I don't understand the reason. I have all my documents up to date, including my work, etc., and they simply told me to find another company. I didn't know this was the case. It's incredible. I tried to appeal, and the service via chat or phone is really bad. However, I can use the service if I go to a physical location. What's the difference? If there were 0 stars, I'd leav... read more

Worst worst worst customer service! I have been trying to reach the manager after so much transfers of calls and when I reach them they hang up on me. Please stay away from this company
