This is a tough review to write…Keith is a nice person. He was polite and easy to talk to when we did speak, however, his communication was not great nor consistent. Often times it would take him days or weeks to email me back. I stuck with him because my then fiancé and I had heard great things about him and we figured maybe he was just very busy. Keith was a great JP! He was fast to respond to emails and overall just showed he cared about us. Very professional! We got a beautiful copy of the script he said the day of the wedding for keepsake. There was endless options for what to include in our ceremony and his book of choices was super helpful as a guide. All and any questions were answered very fast through email. Brides beware. Keith Plante does not respond in a timely fashion. Did not follow through with 2 appointments that HE made to talk to the couple! . 4 days before the wedding he was not replying after multiple attempts at email , text and phone calls. My daughter had not yet seen the wedding script! Zero confidence that he was even going to show up to the wedding. Keith was AMAZING. He was so responsive to all my emails and questions. He called me and texted me to follow up on emails. My photographer loved him because he knew to step out of the way for the kiss picture and was very professional the entire time. Keith got a request to do a wedding on the same night as my rehersal and called me immediately to confirm that the timing would work without rushing my rehersal before booking and everything was just perfect.
