On 2 seperate occasions she did not commit to the appt times booked for myself and my daughter. She re booked us 3 and 4 times. Saying she had to work her other job, or was not avaliable even though these times show available on her booking app or she herself had picked them. If clients move their lives around to accommodate, I would hope for the same respect. If you can't run a home business, dont have one.
She neglected to tell me that my deposit for making an appointment was non-refundable and is part of the “cancellation fee”. No where did she state this AT ALL. So when I ended up cancelling, I was expecting to receive my deposit back but ended up not having heard from her for a week after cancelling. Then when she did reply, she told me I won’t be getting it back. Thank you for stealing my money. Be aware.
