My husband has been trying to get his prescription for 3 weeks. Every time he has been to the pharmacy they tell him it hasn’t been called in. He has called Dr. Frankel’s office and spoke to the nurse numerous times with her saying it will be called in. The help in this place is awful!! Good thing these people don’t work in a cardiology office where a lifesaving medication would be needed. After this, moving on to a different dermatologist!!
