Rí Rá is located in an historic bank building, designed by Boston based Harper & West, that was completed in 1931. The pub opened for the first time in March 1999, and was extended in 2002 with the addition of the Library area. In February 2012, The Whiskey Room opened its doors. Feast or Famine – Been here three or four times. Pretty cheap Happy Hour food specials. Plenty of HD TVs for games. Wouldn't recommend coming in on a weekend (too crowded, no specials). Have had great food, great service, cheap bill sometimes, not so much other times. Went to the Portland, ME location, first. Probably spoiled by experience there, since it was St. Patty's Day.
Another Bar thats not Irish!! – Why would anyone go into a Real Irish bar and order a Burger? I'm guessing thay had a real Irish Light Beer with it too!!
Irish my A$$ – This is probably the worst meal I've had with the worst service in my life. The burger was lukewarm with little to no flavor and the fries were cold. This is probably the result of the waitress taking so long to get it for me! It should never take 1.5 hours to eat a burger and drink a beer. The waitress kept promising that I would get my food soon, but she never came thru. In addition, I ordered a shot of gentleman Jack to go with my Guiness, but never got it. Amazing – This is by far the highlight of Burlington, VT! A fine resturant and an incredibly good time after dining hours. Great music, super staff and, a stellar atmosphere. If you want great food and good company, this is your place!

Top Notch – Being direct from the home country, I am very impressed with the set up in Burlington. I love the authenticity, the great bar staff & the unique slant they have taken with our Irish Cuisine. Some of the owners must be Irish! Well Done.
Great Food and Drinks! – I've dined at Rira on several occasions and have nothing but great things to say about this place. The food is top quality, the service, although slower during business times, is still very fast, and the servers are extremely courteous.Also a good place to party, or to relax with friends and drink a few Guiness! After a night at Rira, it's as if you feel like you've spent your night living it up in Ireland.
