Janet Alder is amazing! Janet helped us sell two houses in Safford, AZ while we were living in Colorado. She did all the things you would expect from a great realtor, like finding good comps to determine the most competitive selling price possible, suggesting improvements and repairs to make the homes more attractive, and coordinating with home inspectors, appraisers, buyer's agent, title company, etc. But she also did so much more to make it as easy for us as possible.
