After a long drawn out experience with another engineer, we called RI Engineering. He came to our site and met with our soils engineer to finally get our plan approved through the county.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS; The design they gave caused failure and serious injury. Then when confronted and asked simply to fix the design, deferred me to their attorney. I literally have the owner himself on camera admitting that the design allowed for complete failure and was flawed.
In My opinion, unfortunately they are not professional. I used RI in a civil capacity. It is their policy to not provide detailed invoices per the principle engineer. Imagine that getting a bill and being told you can't know the details just pay it.
Mark is extremely thorough and is very accommodating to the Counties erratic timeliness.
