I previously had a great experience here, which is why I bought my husband a detailing gift certificate for his birthday. I initially had a frustrating experience trying to schedule the appointment due to lack of communication, but after my review the owner reached out, apologized, and refunded the gift certificate so we can come back another time. I really appreciate them making it right and am looking forward to giving them another try.
I had work done on my car in the past and wrote a great review, and so for my husband’s birthday I got him a gift certificate to do a car detailing, but had a poor experience getting it scheduled. I called multiple times and left voicemails, but never heard back and couldn’t schedule the car detailing appointment and didn’t get to use the gift card. I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I arrived around 11:00 AM and spoke with an employee about an issue with my vehicle. He told me the owner would arrive at 1:00 PM and asked me to wait. Based on that information, I parked across the street and waited, clearly visible. During this time, the employee continued working on other vehicles and was fully aware that I was waiting. This is the worst service center I have ever been to. They promised to fix the car within two weeks, but it was only repaired after three months. The entire time they kept blaming parts suppliers or coming up with other excuses. When I picked up the car, half of the electronics were not working. Avoid this place.
I went online to find some trustworthy mechanic nearby with reasonable reviews but that was a complete nightmare to deal with the owner. He seemed like a trustworthy person and I completely forgot to ask for estimate/proof of service which he should provide to me after I agreed on price and leaving the car with him for timing belt, serpentine belt, tensioner pulley replacement.
