I would like to express my gratitude to the three carers that visit and care for my mother. Nothing is too much trouble, and they look after her with love and respect. They go over and above what tasks that they are suppose to complete. I truly do not know what my sister and I would do without them, as we live so far away, they are our lifeline. They are three very special ladies and this agency are very lucky to have them working for them.
This company is very kind and respectful and it helps a lot of people that are in need.It also is very enjoyable as you can interact with other people😁
It’s a very good and reliable company, staff is very supportive and well trained.
Their office staff never listen, they’re very unprofessional and rude! We only had 2 carers come for 1 hour each and both could not follow simple instructions. The company itself is very untrustworthy! Shocking.
Staff who work at the office are very unprofessional, rude and incompetent except for a few minority of staff. They do not respect their carers. Although, the carers work very hard and go above and beyond. They are very unorganised and underappreciate their carers. I am suprised they are still permitted to operate as a business and would seriously think twice before using their service!
