Absolutely recommend. I left feeling better than I've felt in a very long time- my body felt relaxed, healed, and energized. Bob is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. I'll 100% be returning for another session!
I highly recommend seeing Bob! I initially went in for the 10 session series while training for an Ironman, but I ended up continuing to go because of how much it helped. Each week, I genuinely looked forward to seeing Bob. He helped me with all sorts of aches and pains throughout my training, and I would always feel so much better after each session.
