If you looking for a gym that is welcoming supportive and lots of fun pick rhythm. I have been coming here for a while and being a mature lady walking into a gym with lots of young fit people was a huge fear …..but this gym is not like this Steve and Shae along with Lacey,Grace and Jess have created a well balanced family atmosphere that makes all ages welcome ….the routines change regularly so you can’t get bored and the trainers make the sessions active but fun and if you can’t do the exercise then they show you an alterna... read more
Proud member of Rhythm for the past 2.5 years… and it may be cliche, but I have definitely found my rhythm! Shae and Steve are the heart and soul of this gym, and you feel it with the community they’ve created. The variety of workouts are awesome, and boxing is always a highlight of my week.
Since day one at Rhythm HIIT, I’ve absolutely loved it. The team is so welcoming and supportive, no matter your fitness level. I’ve never felt more comfortable or motivated in a gym. The workouts are fun, challenging, and always set to great music. The energy, the people and the vibe, everything just clicks. It genuinely makes working out something to look forward to. Couldn’t recommend it more!
Love this gym and the community too! The team is super supportive and easy to talk to. Can’t wait to come back again next year :))
