Service, community support and quality products... not necessarily in that order... describe Rhythm. We live in the lower peninsula and have had great service when ordering and having items (even a bike) shipped. Wish you guys had another location down here!

Problem: I finish preriding the race course at 8 pm on Wednesday, ride home and realize my rear wheel is binding something fierce. I'm out of town for work Thursday and get home at 5 on Friday. I'm racing at 10 on Saturday. Solution: throw my bike in the truck and run it over to Rhythm Bike & Board Co. fingers crossed that maybe they aren't swamped. On the first of a four day MTB trip, I crashed on the NTN trails in Marquette and brought my bike here to have brake lever and shifter replaced. My bike was fixed within 2 hours, and they even took a shifter off of a different bike to repair mine as they did not have one in stock. Staff was very eager to make sure I was able to ride again tomorrow as planned.
