excellent top notch
Good bedside manner but absolutely terrible at following up; I had to call several times for answers to questions as to a potential diagnosis, only to be ignored until I bother the office enough. Suggestion to doctor's office: start actually care about patients by following up with their inquiries and not making it so hard to get in contact with you; these are people's lives and not just your bottom line. I value straight direct answers and an open line of communication. Didn't receive here.
