Trained here for a few years and can say this is an amazing gym. Had zero experience going into it and all coaches were amazing and very friendly regardless of skill level. The people I got to train with were great as well.
Fantastic gym! I've trained here for a little over a year doing boxing, kickboxing, and jiu jitsu. The coaches and people are amazing. I started as a complete beginner and Coach Mo (the owner / head coach) was amazing at getting me up to speed. He's incredibly patient, thorough and an all around nice guy. He's been doing this a long time and you can tell the gym is a labor of love. Great place to train, Coach is very insightful in helping each person grow and develop their own style. Community is great and full of friendly people willing to help each other grow.
