Coach Mo is helping me and others like me get back into shape through intentional workouts and nutritional guidance
Trained here for a few years and can say this is an amazing gym. Had zero experience going into it and all coaches were amazing and very friendly regardless of skill level. The people I got to train with were great as well.
Fantastic gym! I've trained here for a little over a year doing boxing, kickboxing, and jiu jitsu. The coaches and people are amazing. I started as a complete beginner and Coach Mo (the owner / head coach) was amazing at getting me up to speed. He's incredibly patient, thorough and an all around nice guy. He's been doing this a long time and you can tell the gym is a labor of love.
