Once again Konnor did a great job diagnosing the problem with my ducted heat pump. Unfortunately, this is the second time the motor has failed and needs to be replaced. Parts notwithstanding, excellent customer service and a Konnor is always a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent continuous customer contact information from Rhynos including expected arrival time, actual departure time, actual arrival time and full disclosure of pricing prior to the visit. It’s expensive, but the two men arrived on time. They were neat, tidy and well informed with good modern equipment. They were in and out within 35 minutes and problem solved. I would highly recommend. For those with a substantial budget :-)
William is the best: diligent, polite and sensitive to aesthetics- he did all he could to hide unsightly cables in our bedroom. So appreciated.
I'm a home inspector this is a company i used and highly recommend it to my customers. Sadly, that's no longer the case. A customer of mine that I recommend them to showed me a video of their employee bad mouthing me, my business and my profession at a job site. The people you hire are a reflection of yourself, so I will no longer be recommending them. I have no interest in your response or excuse.
