Shawn was excellent, provided excellent customer service and answered all my questions!
Nathan was very professional and very knowledgeable as to the plumbing issues we were facing. He arrived on time and we were alerted to his imminent arrival by text. A nice and appreciated touch to the service. He was able to accomplish a number of plumbing jobs we had asked to be addressed and explained what he was doing and why it was needed. We certainly appreciated his approach. He was friendly and easy going - not stressed. I would certainly call Rhynos again for plumbing issues. Everything was excellent
I had plumbing and electrical work completed, relocating a washer/dryer, installing a UV light system for my well water, relocating an outside spigot, and had a whole house surge protector installed. My husband and I were very pleased with Williams service. His efficiency of cleaning our heat pump inside and outside units. We were very amazed at how fast they were and he even noticed a leak and fixed that as well. After they were finished they kindly went over the job and told us what they did and how to run the heat pump to obtain the maximum efficiency of the heat pump. Thank you again William and Ryno's.
